Project Description
This project is a portable penetration testing deck built around a Raspberry Pi 4B (8GB RAM) with a 256GB Class 10 SD card running Kali Linux. The entire enclosure is fully designed in CAD and 3D printed, resulting in a custom, compact, and durable housing. The device is powered by four 2500 mAh lithium batteries, with an integrated charging circuit for reliable and convenient power management. Active cooling is provided by a Noctua fan, ensuring stable performance even during intensive tasks. For user interaction, a high-resolution touchscreen is integrated, and a keyboard can be connected automatically via Bluetooth or through a mobile app for faster typing.
The entire unit is designed to be foldable, allowing it to be easily transported with a slim form factor. This makes the device highly portable and practical for on-the-go network testing and cybersecurity assessments.
