Project Description

In this project, I developed a compact version of a drawer-style printer, inspired by classic inkjet printers. In this design, the paper is fed through the device and moves along the Y-axis, while the pen moves on the X-axis to create drawings or text.

The printer is constructed using a combination of 3D-printed parts, aluminum elements, and custom-designed rollers to ensure precise and consistent paper movement. This approach allows for accurate positioning of the paper and reliable operation, even with different paper types. The result is a small, efficient, and versatile plotter-style printer, suitable for printing or drawing on various media. The compact design makes it practical for desktop use, and the custom mechanics provide reliable performance for creative and practical applications.
